The SW-6 Power Cord Flexibility Bending Tester is according to IEC 60884-1: 2022 Clause 23.4 and Figure 28 (GB/T 2099.1-2021 Clause 23.4), IEC 60745-1: 2008 Clause 24.12 and Figure 9 (GB 3883.1-2014 Clause 24.12) and IEC 60335-1-2023 Clause 25.14 and Figure 8 (GB 4706.1-2024 Clause 25.14). It used to test the bending resistance of household appliance power cords at the part where they enter the appliance, and verify their reliability.
Test principle: Use a motor to drive the turntable to rotate, apply a load to the cord and pass the rated voltage, so that the sample can bend left and right at a certain speed and angle, and automatically stop when the number of times is reached or the cord breaks and there is no signal.
