It is used to test the mechanical strength of non-solid pins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standard :<\/strong><br \/>\nIEC 60884-1 (GB\/T 2099.1) \u201cPlugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes \u2013 Part 1: General requirements\u201d Clause 14.2 Figure 17<br \/>\nVDE 0620-2-1 \u201d Plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes Part 2-1: General requirements on Plugs and portable socket-outlets\u201d Clause 14.2 and Figure 12<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sp\u00e9cification:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0Steel rod: \u03a64.8mm<br \/>\n\u2022 Weight: 100N<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Manual rotary handwheel for applying pressure to the pin<\/p>\n<p>Test Method: A \u03a64.8mm steel rod with a 100N load is pressed perpendicularly to the axis of the non-solid pin for 1 minute. The deformation at the point of pressure must not exceed 0.15mm, and the dimensional change of the pin must not exceed 0.6mm.
