In each pair of specimens, one specimen should be wound around a fixed wheel with a groove bottom diameter of 40mm twice, and the distance between the flanges of the wheel is such that each circle of specimens is in close contact with each other. Then fix the specimen to prevent any relative movement between the cable and the wheel.
