After 60min+2min\/0min, quickly (&lt;10s) immerse the sample into 20\u2103\u00b15\u2103 water and cool it for 6min. Measure the indentation diameter on the surface of the sample within 3min after taking it out of the water, and evaluate whether the indentation diameter exceeds 2mm. Heat deformation resistance at the specified temperature:<\/p>\n<p>1. According to the test requirements, first place the ball pressure test device in the temperature chamber for a long enough time to ensure that the ball pressure test device has reached a stable test temperature before starting the test.<br \/>\n2. Place the component under test on the support base so that it is in direct contact with the support base.<br \/>\n3. Place the surface of the component under test in a horizontal position and press the steel ball against the surface (see figure below). The test should be conducted in a heating box at a temperature specified by the standard.<br \/>\n4. After the test reaches the time specified in the standard, remove the ball from the sample.
