The LS-B04 Non-Solid Pin Hardness Testing Device complies with IEC 60884-1:2022 Clause 14.2 Figure 17 (GB/T 2099.1-2021, Clause 14.2 and Figure 14 ), as well as VDE 0620-2-1:2021, Clause 14.2 and Figure 12 requirements. It is used to test the mechanical strength of non-solid pins.

Test Method: A Φ4.8mm steel rod with a 100N load is pressed perpendicularly to the axis of the non-solid pin for 1 minute. The deformation at the point of pressure must not exceed 0.15mm, and the dimensional change of the pin must not exceed 0.6mm. This method is used to determine if the non-solid pin has sufficient hardness.
