The JCY-2 Screwless Terminal Deflection/Bending Test Device fully complies with Clause 12.3.12 Figure 12 of IEC 60884-1:2022 (GB/T 2099.1-2021) and Clause 12.3.12 Figure 11 of IEC 60669-1:2017 (GB/T 16915.1-2024). After the wires are connected according to the standard, a dflection test is performed on the wires and their voltage drop is measured to assess the clamping capacity and contact performance of the screwless terminals, thereby verifying whether the screwless terminals can be clamped even if they are deflected during the wiring process and the deflection force has been transmitted to the clamping parts after being connected to the single-core hard wires.
