IEC\/EN60335-2-11 Clause 19.102 Appliances that permit test probe C of IEC61032 to gain access to spaces containing live parts located below holes in the drum are tested for short circuit conditions. The short circuit is applied at the most unfavourable place between live parts and between live parts and other metal parts, if such a short circuit can be made by a pin having a diameter of approximately 1 mm and any length up to 50 mm. The appliance is operated as specified in Clause 11 but with dry textile material.<\/p>\n
